Sculptors, collectors and dealers, museum curators, mint and foundry representatives, educators, writers, editors and researchers belong to AMSA. Membership benefits are worth much more than the modest amount we charge for annual fees.

AMSA regularly schedules high-powered special events for members, such as workshops, symposia, and seminars. Exhibits of the work of AMSA medalists are booked in museums and galleries in the United States and abroad.

Meetings, held during the non-summer months, provide one of the opportunities for members to share information with each other. Members receive our quarterly newsletter, Members Exchange.

 AMSA MEDAL PROGRAM

A key benefit of membership in AMSA is the opportunity to share knowledge and skills, obtain information and advice, and keep abreast of new developments in the field through a network of more than 200 members in the United States and abroad. AMSA also networks with numerous museums, institutions, and medallic organizations, allowing us to gain fantastic exposure in prestigious international art venues, which is essential for both established and emerging artists.
